Our standards are achieved and maintained through strict HACCP food safety procedures that are followed across all of our Top Cut Foods’ facilities: 

  • Strict temperature management
  • Labelling and packaging systems for full traceability where required
  • Product aging and stock rotation

At key sites we are DAWR (Department of Agriculture, Water and Resources) approved domestically and internationally to ensure that the business fully complies with all the regulatory and industry standards operating in many countries.

Where required, our sites are able to process and deliver in accordance with stipulated Halal requirements and are fully accredited for Halal processing.

Top Cut Foods currently holds an accreditation from Aus-Meat. To ensure quality control systems are maintained, processing principles are adhered to that comply with Aus-Meat accreditation standards and certification requirements, assuring product quality attributes are of the highest standards.

Top Cut Foods are licensed by Meat & Livestock Australia to process and supply graded beef,according to the specifications provided by Meat Standards Australia (MSA). Using independent standards, MSA beef is guaranteed to be consistently tender, succulent and tasty. MSA Certification is currently held by all Top Cut Foods sites in Australia.
