Top Cut Foods exports a variety of species including beef, lamb, pork, veal and smallgoods in a variety of formats including: 

  • Vacuum packed whole primals
  • Portion cut items
  • Partially pre-cooked and/or fully cooked products that you can simply heat in the bag and serve

Our export production facilities are HACCP and AUSMEAT accredited with full Export License to produce both non-Halal and Halal products.

Our client base includes major hotel chains, restaurants, international airlines and airline caterers, mine site caterers, supermarkets and  large institutions such as mine sites, age care and correctional services with well-established e-commerce platforms.

Top Cut Foods stands behind the integrity of the product by supplying company own branded products.  In addition to this, regular in-market visits and close contact with customers, ensures that the company understands their customer's changing needs and manage any issues that arise in a timely manner.

Internationally, we have sales offices in Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka), Korea. In markets where there aren't company owned offices, Top Cut Foods work on Exclusive Importer/Distributor relationships to develop the brands.  These markets include, but are not limited to Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Papua New Guinea, Maldives and the Middle East.
